如题，比较好的牌子，女士用，轻便仅户外单日，包型设计简洁大方，不考虑K家。

对了，需要能放进登山杖

1天，还要考虑个人习惯，讲究的人要带好多东西，
不讲究的就是水，一小包吃的，还有小物件，小小的包就好了

最好去室外用品店看看你要的，包的容积

我自己用Gossamer gear，在ultra light品牌中算是比较established的一个
虽然他们也有小点的包，但是单日其实对重量控制要求不是很高，不见得一定要用ultra light
另外不知道你对防水的要求有多高，接不接受直接用个防水内袋（我就是这样，因为全防水的包实在太少了，雨罩风一大就完蛋）
你看过Osprey没，有没有喜欢的

登山杖不一定塞进包里，放在外侧长袋或直接别在包外侧，更方便

随着徒步的增加，关于背包和随身物品，想法和需求可能会改边，一劳永逸或一步到位可能有点儿困难

背包好不好用，关键就是装多少东西后，背起来还会不会舒服

如果背的东西特别少，随便哪个包都区别不大，如果背的东西稍微有点重量，那背部支撑的重要性就很明显的体现出来了

基本上，极少量东西的话，腰包会特别适合，东西就在腰上部，也感觉不到重量，背上最多背个水袋1-2L的水，刚走时有重量但体力好也没什么感觉，后面走完水也就喝完了，也没什么重量负担

如果想带的东西多了，要带吃的，又要带喝的，还有点其他零七杂八的玩意也想带的话，最好去店里试着背，然后选那些有背部支撑的，有腰带的能助力的会比较好。有些包的背部支撑设计能让包的背面不会贴紧你的背，走的时候能透气是特别爽的一件事，腰带能帮你减少肩膀的很多负担。有些包还专门有水袋位置，这样就省了带水瓶子了

专业点ospery 20/25L的，便宜的淘宝很多。这个尺寸的包称重要求不高。主要看颜值功能是否符合个人要求。登山杖外挂。

我现在出门是腰包（经常跨肩背）+一个17升背包但没有外挂袋和杯位。我就是那种包里什么都有的人。我的crumpler都挺好看呢。

Kathmandu 牌子是不好
质量用料设计就是大路货，价格倒是比别的一线牌子都还高，
就是用打折来吸引不做研究的消费者。

那个大热的Stanley，漏水的，除了放在车上想不出有什么用
后来我买了个Hydro Flask用（不是徒步，就是去gym用），还不错

我在悉尼徒步中午为了省事也都是吃包子的，但是用热水热包子这招……你也太讲究了吧，我买的包子那味道都不值得我花那么多心思

东西背得少的话，最简单就是背个水袋加个小腰包装手机和一包两包小东西吃就成了

轻徒讲的就是要轻，小腰包不超2L，水1-1.5L就够了

总体重量控制在2-3K左右，哪用买啥大包呀，嫌不重嘛

不漏，将管子拨出来，有一个封口。当然不要将它翻倒，因为底部保温用的热水会弄湿包子。包子是放在薄薄的塑料袋中。这杯子底部有一个缩小的形状，正好放一个瓶盖，以分离包子(袋)和水。这样可以保温一天。

便携式咖啡机也是day trip必备。但是有一个诀窍，直接用咖喱粉，直接用食品安全的纸作为滤纸，一是用完直接倒掉，以加快速度，二是比专门的容器可以装得更多。

我的理解是因为这款有正式的背负系统，
有很不错的腰托，所以11L 和22L 看上去大小差不多，就是厚薄不一样。

对，所以和Montbell那款之间，我也是这样倾向于这款的

我就是看到25的有但是20以下的没有，才这么说的
padding本身是因为背重物的时候，腰托只是一根带子的话会勒得慌，有padding会大幅分散重量，舒服很多
当然腰托上那个两个袋子可以放手机，很好用，不过别的包在肩带上放手机也可以的

一般是放防晒霜，钥匙，ticket，眼镜等等小东西，
当然也可以放手机，如果放得下的话

Osprey 真的做的很专业，用途划分的很细致。

我家大大小小的小鹰包应该有十几个了吧，
最近又买了一个小型背包，
Osprey Firn 18L
一般人可能都不知道有这款，为 Crosscountry Ski 设计的，
真的很贴心，小小的包，防水，有back protect ，能放进雪崩三件套，还能在背着包的时候直接挂放雪板，背着雪板爬山。

一般来说女士的包背部会短一点，肩带比较窄，包的造型也会收腰一些。比较适合女士的体型。
在重装包上差别很明显，
对轻量级的day pack 是没太大影响，
还有女生用男款无所谓，
男的用女款的会不太贴合
